Delete Your Account & Data
You’re always in control of your HomeSquatch account and the home data attached to it. This page explains how to permanently delete your account, either from within the app or by contacting us directly.
Delete From the App
The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the HomeSquatch app:

Open HomeSquatch and go to Settings.

Tap Account & Security.

Select Delete Account.

Re-enter your password to confirm. Your homes, maintenance data, and account are deleted immediately.
What Gets Deleted
Deleting your account permanently and immediately removes your home profile information, maintenance history, saved providers, and account credentials from our active systems — this is not a delayed or batch process. Residual copies may persist in encrypted backup systems for up to 30 days before those backups are themselves overwritten. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data retention.
Can’t Access the App?
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by emailing us at keegan@homesquatch.io from the email address associated with your account.
Please include:
The email address on your HomeSquatch account
The subject line “Account Deletion Request”
We will verify the request and confirm once your account and data have been deleted, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
